The Breadalbane Musicians is a rug hooking based on the German fairy tale called The Brementown Musicians.No longer wanted by their masters, a donkey, a dog, a cat, and a rooster set out to become musicians....I used my own elderly animals...Buckwheat the donkey, Neville the English setter, Dzintar the cat and Alexander the rooster....the border design is a piece that can be played on a piano...The March Militaire by Franz Schubert
